Of all the puddings in the world, the variety that has won my heart is rice pudding. After transitioning into a gluten-free diet, I discovered an even deeper love for this sweet treat which is naturally gluten-free, and nut-free! As today is National Rice Pudding Day I wanted to share a few of my favorite rice pudding recipes from around the internet.
