The Allergy Free Life’s Bite-Sized Guide: New York City

Prior to my gluten intolerance, eating at restaurants was a regular occurrence for me. Once I transitioned to a gluten-free diet, I felt afraid to go to restaurants in fear that I’d be gluten-ed. However, living in fear is no way to live at all, especially in a city like NYC. Determined to not be restricted by my gluten intolerance, I’ve found quite a few spots that are not only safe to eat at, but go out of their way to accommodate those with food allergies.
